I agree the Maintenance guys are horrible.. I am not sure if they know what they are doing and the one has an attitude problem..
There is a lot of paperwork - but it's because they are an income restricted place. I also get a small amount of state assistance, which also required a fair amount of paperwork - that's just the way it goes. I don't make a huge amount of money, and I was ECSTATIC to move in here. So far the neighbors have all been nice and have said hello or stopped by while on a walk when I was outside. I have a little girl, and she has had no problem making friends. It's great to have 24/7 access to the workout room. I've yet to go to the pool, but i'm looking forward to it! I have had no problems with maintenance, and the 2 blinds that needed to be replaced were done so in the time span expected. The staff in the office have been smiley and helpful and it's been so easy to keep in touch with them with a simple shot of an email. I have not been here that terribly long yet, but the road to getting in here was paved with great communication, and prompt service. And it is a 2 way street, so as long as you're proactive in getting what you want or need, it should be a smooth ride. “If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him... We need not wait to see what others do.” - Gandhi
