I am looking for someone to sublease my room at the retreat this summer 2014. It’s a 4 bedroom but only has 2 roommates. You can move in as early as May 11 and the least runs until August 3. For only $615 per month you can enjoy the use of the pool, workout center, and clubhouse. I am even willing to pay you’re half of the utilities bill
