DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have lived here and paid rent on time for over 16 months, and in that time management has not successfully completed ONE work order, they have switched management THREE TIMES the front desk people are some of the rudest most inconsiderate people I have ever met, don't expect to just hand them your rent and be done with it, because it doesn't end there! one month they went so far as to LOSE OUR RENT, thank god we had the money order stubs to prove we went in and handed it to one of them. Without even giving us any form of warning we found an eviction notice on our door for the first time EVER (having completed, flawlessly, 4 previous leases.), there mistake will become your problem. Then, after living here for 12 months at this point, both my girlfriend and I had to work on a Sunday, which just so happened to be the first. we go to drop off rent first thing Monday morning, late fee. can it be waived? since we've never been late before? NO. expect to be dealing with heartless soulless robots at "The Retreat", without a doubt I would choose death/homelessness over moving into "The Retreat" this place has left the most horrible taste in my mouth, and I will SERIOUSLY be hunting for a new place to live, these people wont be stealing anymore of our money(which is over $700 for a one bedroom that could HARDLY be considered anything more than a STUDIO!). Two more months and my curse is lifted! Please. PLEASE for your own sake reconsider moving in here. overall, your late fees, and hidden fees will be going to making the place look good. which is its only good quality. I WOULD CONSIDER THE 1/5 STARS GENEROUS, I WASNT ALLOWED TO LEAVE ZERO STARS.

DO NOT MOVE HERE .. Look elsewhere the staff sucks . They are rude and the manager is a snot who doesn't care about anything ... we keep getting scorpions in our apartment and we ain't the only one ... they will make this place look great in the show room but don't fall for the bs . Our dryer didn't work they first three months and the timer is still broken on it but they are to cheap to replace it .. I was handing my 1 yr old something when a huge scorpion was right by his lil feet ... I tried calling the front office but of course no answer ... maintenance only two of them are nice the rest act like they are too good to be here... Please If YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE ..

I really enjoyed my time there and the people were vey helpful and the apartment was taken care of . The only area needing help was the business equipment in the business center (always seemed broke) and the gym could use some additional space. However, for the price it is nice and well worth it.

OMG.. 3 years of living here. I love the location.. Schools for kids are walking distance, shopping, hospital, I mean name it you have it, but..... Ever since Bridge Property came over and hired staff who works for them people is braking their lease or moving out when lease is up.. It's already half of the complex empty.. Management in the office or low class crue how I would say is so unprofessional. To ask them for something to help you, which is their responsibilities, be careful it takes for ever to help you.. Another thing: they forget that we pay them to have their paychecks that they earned from their lazy butt.. We had Amy and she worked for Equity before.. Excellent and professional including all other girls, they let it them go because of overqualified. So they hired all this irresponsible people who create their own rules when ever they want. They are so arrogant, rude and very, very unprofessional.. Bugs you will fined everywhere, scorpions are the biggest issue, like it has never been...To be late on apartment doubling in like 5 days.. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU ARE NOT READY to see the price.. Like you are paying half million house... There is so more to tell about but it would be cover of at least 5 pages to write.. This place is like you are paying concentration camp.. People there is so many places with all this kind of opportunities don't waste money on something that somebody controls the way you will live.. Cars and other private things either destroyed od damaged.. Don't look how it is inside and outside.. Look how you can trust with everything that you have to pay with money you earn hard way .. Good luck all and I am so done with them even tho I had plan to stay 4 more years..

Moved in a week ago into a 3-bedroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large, lots of storage space. So far I am loving the place. Front office staff is friendly and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Was a home owner for 16 years, so their expertise was much appreciated. I do not have a car, so I am now within walking distance of Costco, Target, AMC theaters, hospital, doctor offices and smaller stores, all less than a mile away. Pizza Hut is within walking distance, no more paying for delivery, WOOT!. The only negative for me (again I do not have a car) is there is no "real" grocery store. I just hop on the city bus and have a direct shot to Fry's at 29th Ave and Bell. I have already recommended this place to my friends.
