Even though the move in process was less than perfect, after being at the apartments for 6 months we are over all happy with the stay. After all the utilities they charge plus the electric bill it is a bit expensive but the complex is quiet with plenty of parking. We don't get bothered by the management and the neighborhood is very safe. The repair crew is friendly and responsive.

This is a great apartment to live. Anytime 5 star's.

Wow where to start, let me first say these apartments are like the Mona Lisa from far away they look great but up close they are not what they seem. I've lived here for a year and cant wait for my lease to terminate because the mold problem is impossible to control, there is a restroom in the master bedroom that produces alot of moisture, there is a ventilation system but is sucks we have requested a vent but to fix the problem but they will not. I've called and called about the problem and they come clean the are with bleach and it is only a temp fix. They Maintenance team SUCKS if you can understand them because they do not speak english so I hope you speak Russian or spanish if you have questions. I am so upset because they take your money and refuse to fix anything. If you care please dont rent here I had better treatment as Stonehaven Apartments in federal way by the twinlakes area. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! & LETS NOT FORGET THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!EVER! I MOVED AND I'VE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! please skip this place while searching you will be a very happy tenat somewhere else

Bathroom had mold. Fix was to come in and bleach everything, along with drilling hundreds of holes in our roof. Mold came back and they never did fill in those holes. Our apartment was not the only one with mold. It seems at least once a month I'd come home and the place would have 7 or 8 police squad cars around for some reason. Do NOT live here. You will seriously regret it.

I have been staying here for last 12 months...place is going downhill... Management has stopped Pool Heating / No remote for TV in Gym / No Cable in Gym / Not enough guest parking spaces / no Month to Month Contracts/Street lighting goes on and off....and the list goes on... I am moving to somewhere near next month where I can get more for the same money.... Save your money and peace of mind....check other appts nearby before u sign the lease here....they are all sweet talk till u sign the lease and then......u know whats going to happen.
