My experience at The Stratford has been great! The complex is nice & quiet. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The living area and the fixtures are great and Irene does a fantastic job of managing all of the details! She was exceptional during the leasing process and any and every concern I've had along the way! She takes care of it all in a professional and timely manner! The place is excellent for the money!

"The old lady" as mentioned in other posts is the sweetest woman I have ever met and has dropped everything she's doing to help us during the time we lived there. Yes you can hear a dishwasher or laundry running upstairs, but not so loud that it disturbs you, just some white noise. The pricing was perfect for what you get and can't say enough about the community feel of the place, everyone saying hello and being friendly without being invasive. P.s. I hang up on anyone that tries to sell me stuff over the phone too!!

Horrible public relations. I called in to offer to bid to have their roof moss removed, and the old lady hung up on me, proceeded to ignore my next four calls. When she did pick up she informed me she hung up on purpose. This was all after just introducing myself. I was unable to even let her know what I was calling about before she hung up. If that's the attitude they have answering the phones, boy am I glad I don't live there.

Upstair apartment kitchen and dinning room are directly above the downstair apartment bedroom. Tenants can hear each other vividly. No firewall between apartments and no sound barrier. Can hear neighbors running the laundry and dishwasher. Apartments look good but the construction if BAD! Sure Deposit is non refundable. You actually purchase a bond for up to $2000.00 that pays for any possible damage. Sure deposit will charge you the tenant for any monies they pay out. Parking is a joke. No parking for visitors. Very overpriced for what you get.
