We just moved in. The building is lovely, the neighbors are nice, the staff is friendly. The amenities are good, pools and fitness centers. Sadly we cannot recommend this building to others for the following reason: We picked this building based on location, quality, and the amenities listed in the brochure. Sadly the one we care about most is actually not available here. Hi-Speed Internet. We are young professionals and do quite a bit of work on the computer, without fast internet we have to spend a great deal more time at work. The brochure for the Terrace lists "hi speed internet ready" on it, and we asked and were assured it was available. After calling THE ONLY internet company that services here we have come to find the ABSOLUTE FASTEST internet you can buy is 1.5 Mbps...most companies have 6 Mbps as their standard these days and we are used to 15. So if you want to do things such as: stream Netflix, play computer games, VPN into your work this internet speed is not good enough. (and some of the buildings dont even offer that speed.) You can get a deal of a wi-fi hotspot but those are still not very fast and are data limited. The building is nice, just make sure that internet is enough for you to be able to do your work. Sadly this is a dealbreaker for us and we are glad we only signed an 8 month lease. We wish they would have been honest about this before we moved in.

We have yet to move in yet, we move in Monday, but so far our experience has been nothing short of awesome. Kris, one of the specialists in the office, has bent over backwards to help us get everything taken care of and absolutely went the extra mile for us. We looked all over Santa Clarita for a short term rental until we move into a house, and this location was by far the best. I will write another review once we get settled, but if the experience we have had is any indication of how the future will be, we will be nothing short of amazed! Thanks for much Kris for everything you have done so far!!!!! John & Margie

The complex has gone steadily downhill in the years we have been there. Certainly, the pool and spa are working and beautiful now that the weather has turned cold, but during the height of summer they were very poorly maintained. There is no enforcement of people picking up after their pets, and we can no longer allow the children to play on the grass. The only reason we have been able to get basic repairs done is because of the relationship developed with the maintenance people, in other words, we get the small parts and do the work ourselves. Calling an issue into the office is like reporting in to a black hole. The units and grounds immediately near the management office are the only areas that are well kept. Everything else is left until they are forced to make resolutions.
