Pros and cons Pro- Spacious Floor plans for the money compared to others in area. Dog stations everywhere. Newer appliances. Big closets. W/d connections, gym, can't complain to much for a second chance apartment complex. Cons- apartment wasnt inspected thoroughly before letting us move in. So it was a little dirty and pieces to the stove were missing. Definitely have a roach problem that hopefully will get under control. Other then that its not a bad spot. Could be alot worse.

I've read some of the other reviews and I do have to disagree with comments regarding the staff. I've never had any problems with any of the ladies in the office. Well...maybe once but no biggie. They've always been nice and always professional. For what I pay in rent I guess you get what you pay for. I would like to continue to live here but I don't feel safe here anymore. Scared to walk to the laundry center and to my vehicle at times.

Bad roach problem. Really bad! The carpet in my unit looks like it hasnt been replace in 10 years. Its matted down, stained and smells and has been since the day we moved in. The appliances are old but they function. My ac unit, however, has been there since 1984 or longer (there is a maintance log on the unit and the oldest date say 1982) and it CONSTANTLY breaks down. Protocal says that if it is before dark and temperatures above 80, they are suppose to send someone out to fix it even if the office is closed. The manager Dora, though that fixing it 3 days later was good enough. The manager, Dora, is horrible. She is one of those people where if she gets a little bit of power, it goes to her head. The piping for the bathroom doesnt work right. It goes from cold to scalding hot with no warning. The rails upstairs have enough space that a small child can fit threw them. Which is a code violation. They said that the rails have been "grandfathered in"....so then thats fine, no biggie that it poses a danger to small children and animals. And god help you if you dont smoke and have a neighbor that does smoke. The ventilation system is either linked with the unit next to you, or its just a old crappy system they propbably wont replace. The parking lot has a bunch of dips and holes in it. And there is no defined lines for a parking space for a car to go in. They dont seem to inforce people picking up after their pets use the restroom. There isnt any real grass is most places. But there are alot of roots for you to trip on! And make sure you lock your car at night or park far away from other cars if you dont want your car broken into or scratched and dinged up. The maintance men are very friendly and get the job done as best and as quick as they can with the materials available. They do take a couple days to get to you, however, if the problem isnt a emergency. But who can blame them with such a crappy they constantly have to bandaid.

Not a bad place as a first apartment. Tad bit pricey as of late but its close to shopping and entertainment and highway.

Dont waste your time!! The people in the office are extremely rude! And the property is nothing but hills a tree roots, which is awful to walk around on. ;Me and my fiancé just moved out about 2 weeks ago. Wich we did not tell them yet because we where just going to wait til are rent is due. ;I went back over there yesterday and the. Belongings I had left there are missing. There was not a single note on the door nor did they try and contact us. They didnt even know we where moving out and if they did we would have a thirty day moving period. My fiances military uniforms and all of my kitchen stuff is in the trash. They are rude and unprofessional !
