TLDR; Okay for the price, size is a plus, maintenance and appliances leave you wanting. I've lived at these apartments for over a year. They aren't mind-blowing great, but they are decent for the price. Biggest plus is the size, we have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, and it almost feels like a house. Huge bathrooms and walk-in closets. Also, the tubs/showers are larger than most. I personally have a few issues with these apartments, primarily the maintenance. It seems like they don't know what they are doing, or just don't really care. We have had to have them come back 4 or more times for the same thing. Same issue with their contractors they hire when they can't fix the problems themselves. The other issue I have is with the $1200/month I pay for these apartments, we have pretty sub-par appliances. They seem old, and the cheapest models. This is most evident, i believe, with their "hardwood" flooring. It's not actual wood, but the issue is that they bend and pop-up easily, and I'm the first resident with them since they have been installed! Also, kitchen faucet doesn't even have a side spray, which makes rinsing dishes a pain. This all being said, I wouldn't have as big of an issue with these appliances, if they had a better policy about me bringing in my own. I'm not at all a handyman, and I would like to by my own faucet and appliances, but I can't remove or install them. Not only will their maintenance not install them, but I have to keep track of the replaced parts, store them, and re-install them when I leave.

Living here will cost you much more than just rent. Late 4 days generates massive legal fees that double your rent. Deposits are rarely given back. If you get anything at all, don't expect it inside 60 days and then the runaround before you do. They make it impossible to pay your rent beyond their web portal after three days. You can expect to find on your door regular massive nasty grams with seriously threatening legal language. These people are not your friends. You are their victims. The financial manager Julie will convince you of that after your first 30 days of surviving the Vineyards encounter. If you can, go somewhere else, for your own sanity and financial security.

I currently live in the vineyards. In the first 30days of living here, the washing machine broke, the dryer broke, the refrigerator door fell off the refrigerator onto my 5 year old daughter, and a smell of sewage that had me afraid to bring over any visitors. The neighbors leave trash outside there doors because the walk to the dumpster is so far away. Of course it's only a matter of time before little furry friends start visiting homes looking for food. The floors must be made of cardboard instead of any type of reinforcements because I can literally here every step my upstairs neighbors take. Not to mention all of the tv shows and music that they play all through the night until 4am when I'm getting up for work. You will have an additional utility bill in the summer when they open up the pool and start watering the grass. So never expect a consistent bill for rent. Today (11-17-2015) we woke up to a freezing cold apartment and no hot water. I'm literally prepared to pay the penalty to break the lease just so that I can get out of this place. And by the way, don't forget to lock your car doors at night. You may find that someone has been in it while you were trying to get sleep in the middle of the night.

The pool was awesome, but they do have a lot of particles in the hot tub always. Their is no snow removal what's so ever, even for handicap spaces, it's just kind of a dirty place for being in Briargate. Dishwasher cleaned worth a crap, when I moved in they did not clean at all behind the appliances.

Hot Tub is finally working today after 8 months of being broken. The hot tub is often luke warm and has various particles floating around. I'm being generous when I say the sand in the hot tub helps add to the effect of feeling like you're on the beach... of Louisiana during the BP oil spill. Watched someone hold a knife to someone else, security walked, got scared and walked out. No cops showed up. Earlier today I used the restroom in the Clubhouse, no toilet paper, as usual. Ended up using paper towels. Both toilets were also clogged, no soap in the actual dispenser. More often than not the gate is broken and stuck open and someone in the complex has a huge dent in their car. There used to be two central trash bins, now theirs only one trash compactor and the whole area of it (the fenced in part) is always full of rotting trash.
