While I was at the pool with my kids one of the local tenants and his girlfriend were doing drugs in plain sight. The underlining problem is the management. Thieves and liars is to kind of a name for them.

Doesn't even deserve a star but had to give one so I could publish my review. Our second night of living there the brick wall collapsed outside therefore our apartment flooded they did not come and get anything fixed until the following day and all they did was put a tarp on the outside that did not stay in place fell down so the apartment contently smelt of mold and was like that for three months. They would never fix anything in the apartment and if they did it wasn't done properly. The bathroom ceiling was very soft we reported it and it never got fixed. We lived on the first floor and had made numerous complaints to the office about the second floor and they did nothing about it. We had to wake up at 4 am. to go to work and the noise was still ongoing and very loud as late as 2 and 3 am. We made our rent payment and then we get a letter saying we failed to pay half the rent because they posted half of our rent to another tenant thankfully we keep our receipts for proof we paid then of course they say its our fault when the assistant manager was at fault, but of course they will not take the blame for a single thing that goes wrong anywhere on that property. Needless to say this lease was broken and you would not believe the laundry list of things they charged for, so of course we do our part and pay the $3000 debt and the manager couldn't be bothered with giving proper paperwork that showed we had paid in full. All they care about is their money and that's it they don't care about anything or anyone else there motto is NOT MY PROBLEM. These apartments are not worth $1050 a month plus $50 for water a month. They wont give you the name of the owners, but there are other ways around that for people that don't know look up NUECES COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT type in the address and it will give you the name of the owners. and you can also call the TAA this is TEXAS APARTMENT ASSOCIATION. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex for my worst enemy yes its that bad!!!! If you cant afford to buy I recommend looking elsewhere. Thankfully we were able to buy a house soon after leaving this place they call a home. I would be embarrassed to be renting these apartments.

Company expects you to respond to requests immediately but when you require anything from them they respond when they see fit if they even respond at all. Been here for a year and STILL no screens for the apartmentand forget it if your ac goes out. Additionally, they enforce rules only for certain tenants. No restrictive breeds of dogs are allowed on property but there are still tenants with pitbulls and such here which most people don't even pick up after their dogs. You can do better. Signs states open on Saturday but they never seem to be.

You will get jumped here at night time!! Plus there are drug deals going on and drunk people on the lose 24/7

average accommodations at best, horrible management.. reminiscent of your stereotypical government employee.. slow, lazy, rude, forgetful.. they misplace paperwork, lose money orders and blame it on the resident.. just all around dishonest. The combined IQ in that front office with Einstein back from the dead and also present in the room wouldn't exceed 4.. I mean that in the nicest way possible. I'd look elsewhere unless you gave patience for the BS, in which case all the power to you.. because the price makes this place very attractive.
