I lived at the apartment complex for 3 years and the first two years management was excellent, but my last year which was 2012 (October) things began to get really bad. A new management team was brought in and management became very unconcerned and unprofessional in caring for there tenants. After leaving the Apartment complex I was billed over $300 dollars for damages that were not done to the apartment. I ask the management why did it take them six months to contact me about issues regarding the apartment they could not answer me. I later asked management for there corporate office phone number they lied to me and said it was out of New York and they didn't have any contact numbers. I would not recommend this Apartment complex to anyone because of management lack of professionalism and trust. I can assure you that this has happen to several extenants whom I have spoken with and they all state they were charged fees without there knowledge upon moving out. Please don't trust these conartist!!!!!!!

Timberfalls' Pet Policy: "We LOVE your pet! That's right- Your four-legged family member will be able to call Timberfalls "home" for a small, one-time pet fee! We are large breed friendly, call for details!" This is false advertisement!!!!!! You require more than just a fee for pets to reside in these units. You are currently losing 2 tenants who have invested thousands of dollars to your group over the past three years because you want to know our inside cats' medical records and require them to have shots that outside cats need. Thanks for sending us away.
