My husband and I are on our 4th month of residency here. We were displeased at first as management seemed to just not care. During the flooding rains, I called maintenance since it was coming down through my air conditioning vent and they never came. I ended up cleaning the carpet myself and wasn't offered a credit on my rent or even to see a receipt for my expenses. It was more for my own health than anything due to allergies. It smelled moldy here every evening, there were no stocked dog clean up stations and the hot tub didn't work. We were given excuse after excuse from the property manager that it was "being worked on and was a rare heater". Seeing as the new management got it fixed in 2 weeks, the apparent problem was with the old management Now, however, there is new management in place. They've only been here a couple of weeks and are already making huge changes. The moldy smell around the complex is gone, the hot tub works, there are stocked dog clean up stations, they're getting the trouble residents out and are doing their best to keep it clean. They can only do so much to keep it clean when parents aren't teaching their children to clean up after themselves. There are still people that don't pick up after their dogs, but the office is working on that too. The complex does do monthly socials for residents. Each month it is something different. We haven't attended one yet just due to prior commitments. It is rather quiet here and improvements are being made.

1-2-2015 Been here 3 months so i have a limited opinion.$661 for a small one bedroom is very affordable and its nothing fancy.Moving from out of state with no local work or income history made me look like a very risky tenant. Most apartment complexes require proof of income of 2 1/2 times the rent, they did not but i had money in savings so i guess i did not look like such a risk. Landscaping is not so fancy, windows older, carpeting coco brown, ect. It is located kind of in the middle of nowhere which is good because there is no walk past foot traffic.if you ere in the complex it is because you drove here and not just walking past to go somewhere else because there is nothing near here.Open land across the street is government trust land so probably will never be built on,which is good.Hoping for the best.

Absolutely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Management is terrible! Not even corporate office will respond to emails, messages etc. The employees are theives, blaintin liers & no repairs are ever made. The units are falling apart. From mold, termites, plumbing is bad, I could go on & on... I have forwarded all information to Attorney General, City of Mesa health & safety, & now channel 3 on your side. My daughter & I have been exposed to black mold... THIS COMPLEX IS UNINHABITABLE!
