! Roaches! Appliances are over 14 years old. They don't like to fix anything and the leasing agents always have a attitude when you ask for maintenance to come fix something. They always ask for your number when they don't want to be bothered and never call back! Bathtub has never been replaced since the were built in the 70s. Filthy dishwashers! My apartment was dirty when I first moved in,the carpet smelled like piss I had to clean it myself and come out my pocket to get my carpet cleaned! Don't want to replace nothing! Filth filth filth! If it wasn't for me being a clean and decorative person this apt wud look like shit on top of shit. Horrible everything not to mention they are always rude to me and I'm never late on rent,yet they never want to help. I asked for pest control they never came. I'm so tired of this bullshit,even Houston housing authority wouldn't approve!!!! They have done me wrong for the last time!! ALSO THERE IS A NEW GIRL IN THE OFFICE AND SHE IS RUDE AS HELL ALL SHE DOES IS SIT HER ASS BEHIND THE DESK AND DO NOTHING,JUS MEAN AND RUDE AND CLUELESS TO EVERYTHING. The whole staff are con artist. All they want is money, for their roach and mold infested apartments. Everything about this place is filth,they do nothing to maintain their apartments. They don't care!!! If you move here you WILL have a dirty apartment and they won't do a damn thing about it. ANDREA and the REST will have smiling faces,they will try to sell you a dream,but once you move in prepare for hell! This is a warning to all who are considering this place!!!YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.....I wouldn't wish these living conditions on my worst enemy! so I just put an app in and I really don't care about the owners r any of that I had apt manager lie to every one all the time after a while yhu just get used to it but I wanna know how easy is it to get in because if I pay my deposit and any thing happen to my money its going to be an issues with my aunt she is a lawyer
