Living here is a WASTE of money. I moved in almost a year ago (April 1, 2014) and the first 3 months was okay. After that it just got HORRIBLE. People being loud odd hours of the night. There would be people out on the steps drinking and they would leave beer cans everywhere. People sell drugs in this complex. The police stay at these apartments. Every week almost they are being called over here. If you want something fixed you can forget it. You might as well fix it yourself or hire someone to do it because maintenance SUCKS. They hardly ever come and do what their suppose to do. They don't believe in exterminating either. Like I said the first 4 months were fine but after that I started seeing roaches and even started having bed bug problems. I had to throw my couch out and mattress because of it. I've spent $100 or more buying stuff to exterminate myself because no one never came out to do so. I let Claudia, (one of the ladies in the office know) and she didn't do anything about it. It has gotten worse so just recently (after months of already telling her about the bug problem), I went back and told her AGAIN and she tried playing stupid of course acting as if I never came to her before about it. So now she is trying to charge me almost $300 for the bug problem when it was completely out my control. The apartments suck and they are very old and she knows it. Now she's saying that if I move out next month (though that's when my lease is up) that I will be breaking lease and would have to pay for it. She sent me a letter asking if I want to renew my lease or not and it said on the letter to give them a 30-60 day notice. I gave them a 30 Day notice. So she said that I had to give a 60 day notice though on the note it said in PRINT 30-60 Day. She is FULL OF IT. Everyone else in the office is okay. But if you have to deal with her then I feel sorry for you because she don't do her job like she is suppose to do and she stay trying to get over on people. Also they absolutely love coming into your apartment when you're not home (like they cant leave notes on the door like they do any other day). "Newly Renovated Apartments" Lmao That's A JOKE. Whatever you do, DONT MOVE HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

What a horrible place to live and do business. . . we signed our lease site unseen, as we were moving from Kentucky for work. The pictures online looked nice. . . .but actually being onsite its a different story. The apartments are ghetto at best, I've seen government housing that was better than this. Further, in our short 7 months on the property, we witnessed fights and had to call the local authorities due to peace disturbance (loud ghetto neighbors). It was a nightmare to live on this property. . . . and Finally we completed our lease, paid on time, and performed a thorough cleaning on the unit. . . . and we were still charged with cleaning and damages. Spite having pictures to prove that the unit was in fact clean, they still refused to relinquish charges. . . .If you are considering moving here don't! You could do better in government housing or even a shelter! Not some where I'd ever recommend.

Horrible customer service! Do not come here! Anytime I had a question they always seem annoyed. Overcharging me for "carpet replacement" for one small stain that was there before I moved in.
