I lived here for two years, only moved because I left the state, the only two problems I ever had was my upstairs neighbor was a drunk and screamed talked to himself all day every day, though I got used to it. The only other issue was the last two months of my stay there, my clothes washer was broken and i sent in a ton of requests, made calls to the office as well as went to the office and they never fixed the washer, so i ended up leaving 6 weeks before i gave up my key to stay somewhere that I could actually have a working washer. Besides that, it was actually a nice place to live, the neighborhood was safe, and you could walk to the grocery store.

The grounds are so well kempt. When you need something they get it or fix it for you. Has been an awesome place to live these last 3 years. Why do you think the waiting list of so long??? :-)

This place was nice a few years ago, but has definitely turned ghetto. We get to deal with people who have no place owning dogs; dog crap all over sidewalks and where you walk, and dog piss falling down from the upstairs patios. I feel like living here is a low..

Pay your rent on time and be courteous to your neighbors and the property and you will have a wonderful experience! We've now lived here for 2 years and zero complaints. They're constantly improving the place (exterior painting, repaved parking space, etc) and the apartment complex is well kempt. Having maintenance issues? Let them know and they're on it. The office staff are pleasant and very helpful. Actually, the only negative about these apartments is that there's a waiting list most of the time. I bet that's because nobody wants to leave.

**New Review** So I've lived here for 5 months. Its still going great. They have hired a few more repair guys so every thing is clean and working around the complex and in my home 100% of the time. My son has lots of playmates, they finally got a great system for the garbage going. I hardly ever see garbage out of place. The only issue I've had so far is that the porches are slats of wood instead of a solid piece, so when it rains your porch still gets soaking wet. It makes sense for upkeep but it would be nice to get to stand on your porch while it rains.. Still 5 stars from me. Its wonderful here. **old review below** So wonderful living here. Quite, great management and the repair men are very quick and helpful. I used to live in Holly Ridge and this place is 100 times better and also cheaper as well. Ample parking, and everyone gets one dedicated covered spot. Free water sewer and garbage now (wasn't always this way) My 2 year old has friends to play with now, and I my neighbors are really nice and the walls are much more solid.(meaning I'm not hearing ANYTHING from my upstairs neighbor). My family and I plan on living here for quite a while.
