Was a long term resident here at the OC, no major problems at all. Management staff is nice and friendly, building and amenities consistently clean. Would recommend to folks and people looking for a place while at Keesler. It's only 2/3 because of the traffic noise but you'll get used to it (just like the train noise).

Do not stay here!!! Elevator shaft was completely exposed, plywood covering for elevator was on the groud. Very Hazardous. Black mold in rooms, Pot holes all over parking lot. I would never in a million years stay here again.

The OC@B is a great place...too bad every other weekend some j@ck@$$ event takes place and every @$$hole with an annoyingly loud car radio descends on the strip right in front of the tower and plays their d@mn audio at 100dB! There just isn't any peace and quiet...this place would be great otherwise.
