Reasonable price and good location. The staff was nice and the room was clean. What more could you ask for in an extended stay?

You get what you pay for, but in this case, you should really reconsider what a few extra dollars can get you elsewhere. The staff is not trained in hospitality or customer care & once you check out, they "cannot" view my records to explain why I haven't received my $100 deposit back. "Well, someone's already in your old room, so we must have given your deposit back because we always follow procedure & that's procedure." That's the best could get out of him. An internet pop-up required a login; therefore; I called to get the login (as they did not supply this info at check-in, or anywhere within the massive check-in paperwork): "It's your room number for both, okay? [click]" It still didn't work & I had to call back twice more. She attempted to convince me the problem is with my laptop. She had to remove my record & add me back in to resolve this. The bed felt like it was full of dead hookers & the room smelled like a trucker smoking a cigar. Don't get me wrong - I can deal with all of those things, but not all at once & not for long periods. The cherry on top was definitely the internet service. Bring your own cat5 cable (not wireless) & expect your $10/week to buy you the 97% worst speed & line quality on the Quest network. I experienced sub 250kbps speeds at best. In summary, the bed is a hard mattress on a wooden platform, the smoke smell is unrivaled, the internet speed is unusable. This triad of fail had me reconsider my financial motivation & I moved out after only 3 nights. My clothes & suitcase still smell like smoke.

It is what it is: a cheaper alternative to staying long term in a hotel. Lackluster, boring, plain, and a little depressing but it's ok. House keeping was amazing. But there were heavy cigarette fumes looming through the vents and the previous guest had disarmed the smoke alarm. When I tried to complain about neighboring guests smoking, they did nothing. So not exactly the best service or the best place, but it's convenient.

Bad customer service, my card key stop working on Sunday afternoon called lady on duty took her sweet time to come down to lobby and fix the problem, had a second card key lady on duty took it away I asked her for the card key back while she was in the elevator she smile sarcastically told me I was getting it back until next day.
