I didn't stay there but stopped in to use the restroom in an emergency for my 3 year old. She was visually stressed from needing to go. I asked the front desk clerk if there was a restroom we could use. She gave me a pissy look and shook her head no. I then asked "You don't have a restroom for a 3 year old little girl to use? It's an emergency." Once again, she got pissy and said "No, I dont." It's ridiculous that you would have someone with such poor people skills manning your front desk. Your policy of not allowing someone to use the restroom is ridiculous as well. We were in need of a little courtesy and help. We won't be back.

Not very clean. Dishes package was sold out so had to go buy some. No coffee maker in room as its part of the dish package. Washer and dryers required a special card that was sold out. Really this stay was frustrating. Then they charged me 2 times for the week I stayed. I am still fighting to get it back. So frustrating!!!

This is only my second night here. The person at front desk was very nice and respectful. And so far the best aspect of this stay... The price is very low, but not the cheapest. The hotel is generally clean although not as clean as I would expect. The rooms are smaller than what I am used to for an extended stay hotel. The furnishings are smaller than expected as well. The beds do not have box springs under them, but are resting on a particle board frame that doubles as storage. The high speed internet is not truly high speed IMHO. The ping averages over 120ms. The download speed averages about .25 Mb/s and the upload speed averages about .9Mb/s. This does fall under the FCC's definition of high-speed; my cell phone is faster!

The staff at this place are so rude disrespectful... I was talking to my aunt and my cousin about something that happened yesterday and the lady at the front desk said well you can leave then and no one was even talking to or about her and she the same person everyday that has an attitude...and I was standing the like not not today satan.

Excellent set up. No deposit and a reasonable price. Don't expect Caesars Palace.
