When we moved to Roseville 6 months ago we picked the Venu because of the excellent reviews we found online. 6 months later; we are renewing our lease with full 12months, moving to 2 stories 2bedroom apartment, just because it is really really difficult to find a place that can compete with this one. Not only staff are super friendly and responsive in timely fashion, but maintenance team is also quick, amenities are in close proximity, location is in the vital heart of Roseville next to the mall and many restaurants. Adding to that is the cleanliness of the complex and the unique floor plans. All together make a great place to live! Never regretted

I lived here at The Venu once before. I made the mistake of leaving for a year to try another apartment complex and to save a few dollars(really it wasn't even that much). When I realized that the level of customer service and the friendliness and family-feel was missing from my residential experience, I moved back. I am very happy now that I am back. The individuals that are in the office always have something nice to say with a smile on their face. They remember to ask about my dog and my grandson by name, they always ask how work is, etc. It's like having family to come home to :) There are activities to participate in at the club house, movie nights, and information in the office for local activities. The concierge service is awesome. I love this place!

My wife and I have lived in many apartments during the past 39 years and Venu is the absolute best. The staff is exceptional. They are receptive to requests for service and always willing to go the extra mile to help out their residents. The facilities are first-rate from the pool, whirlpool, fitness center, movie theater to the beautiful clubhouse. Our apartment is very quiet - we have never heard any noise from another adjacent apartment during our 9 months of living at Venu. Recently Venu contracted with an outside (independent) organization to conduct a focus group of residents to identify ways to improve their facilities and services for residents - which shows their dedicated commitment to this community of people. Everyone who attended (including myself) gave the apartment complex high marks and loved living here. Finally, Venu is very pet friendly. ALL of the staff know the name of our dog and almost always have a treat available for "Austin". Overall, a top 5-star rating.

Venu at Galleria has been an ideal first place for a relocation from Florida to Northern California. Move-in was smooth. All staff members are kind, knowledgeable & efficient. Mackenzie, Stacey & Nick are awesome! My one-bedroom is perfect for a young, single professional - stylish, comfortable.. a true home! Love living in California & love living at Venu!

I JUST RELOCATED FROM THE MIDWEST TO ROSEVILLE. THE STAFF WAS UNDERSTANDING AND VERY ACCOMMODATING DURING MY MOVE. IF I NEED SOMEONE LET INTO THE CONDO, THEY WERE THERE TO DO IT. WHEN I ARRIVED THE CONDO WAS MOVE IN READY. THEY REMEMBERED THE WEEK I WAS MOVING AND FOLLOWED UP AND CHECKED ON ME DURING MY CROSS COUNTRY TRIP. THE STAFF IS SO PERSONABLE, FUNNY AND EMPATHETIC. BEST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.
