Okay seriously, this place is too expensive to only have just one dumpster. Every week it's the same problem garbage all over the place and right at the gate on top of it. Come on!!!!!! This is a family member. I am pretty sure management can do better than that to fix the problem. IT does NOT look good at all

So many problems. Bottom line is I don't feel safe here. They charge luxury prices for aging buildings with poor security and poor maintenance. Don't live here.

So far my husband and I are enjoying living in Via Lugano. There is ample parking even on the weekends. The security gates seem to be reliable for both residents and guests. The pool area is comfortable and the gym is terrific. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The only issue I have seen so far is the trash near the compacter does pile up over the weekend. I am not sure if this is do to residents not knowing how it works, or if it is actually full. It is all cleaned up on Monday by the staff.

Being here a year, we have watched it drop in standards since the new group has taken over the property. We are now a month without security gates working. The grounds have trash blowing around. Trash is piled up as tall as 6 foot high near the dumpster on the weekends. And the management is beyond rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place like the plague!
