Don’t ever move into a one bedroom apartment in front of the playground. The noise will drive you crazy.Despite a rule that children under 14 are supposed to be with an adult at all times, most of the kids are out running wild without supervision. This causes a lot of trouble for the tenants who live in the 95-100 building. You will also have to endure a lot of noise from your neighbors. You will hear nearly everything they do and they will hear you too.

I've recently had the "wonderful" experience of visiting my sister who has lived there almost a year. Not a day went by in the 1 week that I spent there did the concientious neighbors let us forget where we were. The continuous smell of cigarette smoke (because smoking is not banned even if it causes a nuisance for others) that filled the LR and BDRMs. Being woke up at 730am every morning by the lovely sound of the Grounds Guys Mowing Co. (I was informed that in the winter, its the lovely sound of the plow truck into the midnight hours.) But maybe what made the entire visit unforgettable was the way the upstairs neighbors shaved their dogs(2) and threw the fur off the porch. This is truly the... ghetto..ist apartment complex I have been to.

this is a very nice place specially if you have a dog... or a wolf...
