I have lived at Vista Gardens since last year. It surprises me to see some of these reviews. I do live in a building that has had hot water on and off up until the new manager came in. I have had the hottest water the last month. I love my apartment and my neighbors. I love management. The new maintenance and office staff is great. The girl at the front office is friendly and the manager use to be the front office person. She is a wonderful manager and has always gone above and beyond. I always see the maintenance working hard and never sitting around. I plan on staying here at Vista Gardens as long as I am able.

I have been a resident of Vista Gardens for almost a year and I love it. First of all, the management team is incredible. They are very friendly, attentive and caring. When I first moved in, i had a problem with the dishwasher but they fixed it quickly. They are constantly on the grounds making sure the complex looks great. They have been updating inside the apartments and outdoors. It has a couple of laundry rooms that are always clean and a great pool and Jacuzzi area. Our apartment had many of the upgrades...newer stove, dishwasher, carpets, sensored lighting. The paint was fresh and overall nice and clean. They are upgrading the older floors to wood flooring. Vista Gardens is a very quiet, clean complex. They have a security guard on site after hours so my family feels safe here. The complex itself is close to many shopping centers, near great schools and parks. We were so lucky to have found this complex! I would highly recommend living at Vista Gardens.

It's cheap and poorly managed. There's constantly NO HOT WATER!!! I've had to take plenty of cold showers. Upon moving in, the apartment was not completely cleaned, there were gnats, fruit flies, and maggots in the kitchen and there was paint on the kitchen floor. The bathroom door was completely busted in and it was never replaced despite management promising to replace it over a few months period. The street was never cleaned and the gutters began to fill with waste that rotted emitting a decaying stench. Chances are you'll have loud and inconsiderate neighbors like I did and god forbid you need assistance because management never answers the phone and they are constantly out of the office. The pool is a drunken party and it is not a good place to let your kids play. Also, don't leave your clothes to wash alone in the laundry room because someone will move them to get the washing machine/dryer. I've found bums sleeping in and digging through the dumpsters when I went to take out the trash. Management also gave us problems with billing contradictions, false billing quotes and they charged for maintenance that should not have been billed to us because it was an already existing problem with the apparent before I moved in. I found some of the gardeners drinking on the job too. Honest review, I'd give it less than 1 star. There are plenty of better places to rent nearby.

its a nice property when you visit and the managements ok- it takes a lot to get any help!its always loud as hell people in the pool at all times drunk ass hell or on drugs! the neighbors are assholes loud rude and have too many people living in one apartment.trashy ass people fighting in front of other peoples apartments and NOT getting kicked out.ive had things stolen from my little yard.. my car had things thrown at it bc of the complaints we've made about them - i get sleep rarley bc these crack heads are up all day and night and so are their kids.i had to be put on bed rest through the last two months of my pregnancy bc of the stress and my baby was born stressed with his heart rate dropping- ive been harassed by the little idiots here as soon as i had my baby - would not let me get in my apartment (mind u i had a c section)dont live here or at least not if you like sleep and safety.ive been here along time now and ive called the cops and security over 20 times. i will be looking for a house next - NOT WORTH IT!

I still miss living here. It was a great experience. Management changed while I was there and the experience got even better. Maintenance was within 24 hours. Security began to patrol more. They cracked down on the neighbors so the noise level decreased. It was a great place to live and I miss it.
