I like it here. Obviously it isn't the best, you get what you pay for. A cheap decent roof over your head. Some buildings have bed bug problems. Downstairs has roach problems. The office staff is nice and will treat you with respect if you do the same. Some buildings are worse than others to live in but if you need a cheap place I would certainly pick this one over others.

After being here for just a month this place is filthy roach infested, maintenance orders not completed in a timely fashion, won't replace broken equipment in kitchen, unprofessional staff, bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs and signs by the trashcan of furniture with bedbugs written all over it daily. This place needs to be investigated for fraud and the housing department needs to come investigate them for unsafe living conditions

Omg what a god awful place .... First off ghetto .. Second off roast infested .. Third I got rob at gun point two gunners came into my room and clean me out ... So please stay far away from this area and area around it

got a one year lease broke it in 4 months. they did not want to fix our A/C in June of 2013 and we complained about it like crazy since I just had my daughter, so my newborn daughter was always crying because it was too hot. we had to stay with my mother in law until we moved out. there were so much drug dealers and we were also on the second floor and we would complain about the neighbors down stairs that they would play their music so loud it was stupid and also that our apartment would smell like weed. so imagine having a newborn baby around that. no we had to go. dont ever ever ever move in here. its a joke everything about that place is a joke. go somewhere else.

Be careful, I live here and have not paid the same amount for rent one time, it changes every month. Than if you are late, the fees change month by month. They are not that bad because they leaeve you alone for the most part, but the finincial aspect of it is difficult because the management has no policy, and seem to charge what they feel like charging, when they feel like charging it.
