I have been renting with Wasatch Club Apartments for 8 years. Why have I been here so long? (There is quite a list so I hope you are sitting down.) The landscaping is extremely well maintained in the spring and summer. Their snow removal in the winter is remarkable. Shoveling and salting immediately after the storm has impressed me on more than one occasion. The laundry facility not only accepts credit/debit cards so you don’t have to find quarters but has a website that will notify you when your washer or dryer is done with the cycle. They have over 25 washers and dryers not to mention a few big washing machines. I do have a dog and they treat her like she is my child. There are multiple Dog Waste Stations throughout the complex so you can pick up after your pet. The 4 times I have had a problem (keep in mind over 8 years) and nothing major: toilet seat broke, bathroom sink dripped, air conditioner died, and a fuse for the water heater went out. Within a matter of minutes of calling to report the problems the maintenance guys have been over to fix the problem. The pool and work out area are extremely well kept. The Clubhouse is beautiful and has Wi-Fi if you need to use it. They are close to I-15 and I-215 so easy freeway access. They are also close to Fashion Place Mall, restaurants, TRAX, and grocery stores. They have a website set up if you would like to pay your rent online as well. All of the above is reason enough to stay but the icing on the cake (mmm cake) is the staff. You will not find any Apartment Management Staff more caring and generous.

I lived here for almost 2 years but, I am deciding to leave early. For the first year I lived here, it was really nice but, after my fiance moved in, things started breaking and going wrong. Our air conditioner broke and caused leaking in our ceiling which caused a hole in the ceiling. When we reported it, we were told it was not an emergency and that it happens all the time and that if we had just opened a window, it would have never happened. I was kind of mad about that. They took 2 months to fix the problem and have still never fixed the hole in the ceiling. We set up a day for them to come a few times and they never came on those days. Instead they came on the days I needed to work graveyard shifts so I was sleeping. They knocked on the door and since I didn't answer, they decided to rudily come in without permission and then got mad when I told them that it wasn't a good time because I was trying to sleep for work. They knew what my work schedule was but only decided to come when it was convinient for them. If we get charged for the hole when we move out, I will be livid. We decided to leave early and give up the lease to someone else which proved to be very difficult because everytime we went in to get information, we were told something completely different so we had to go straight to the manager. We liked living here for the first little bit but, then shady people started moving in. It always smelled of weed and there was always music booming. People never cleaned up after their dogs and the pool was barely ever open.

I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years now and have loved it. The apartments are older, sure, which means from time to time there are maintainence issues but they are always resolved in a quick manner. The office staff is friendly and has always gone above and beyond for me with any issue I have had. The location is great- right off of state street and interstate on ramps so it is very convienient and quick for me to get anywhere I am going in the valley.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!, me and my boyfriend are almost at the end of our year lease and our Air Conditioner has broken 3 times, stove caught on fire, water heater has broken twice, front door knob almost fell off and the front porch light was out when we moved in and is still out, not replaced once. We are best friends with the repair men! Walls are paper thin you can hear every thing going on outside while constantly asking yourself is the window open? We brought all these concerns to the management and their like "but we're fixing it right?" Every single damn major appliance has broken at least once in the year that we've lived here, but of coarse as long as you're fixing it. She acted like our concerns were not valid cause as long as they were getting fixed it didn't matter how many times something broke. You'd think they'd replace something if it's that old, not just slap some duct tape on it and call it dandy. Plus when you first move in they have this amazing deal that they add all these hidden fee's and shit onto it and you end up paying over 100 more than promised and it keeps going up! Keep your distance! I tell all my friends stay away from this place and now I'm telling you, not worth it.

Was looking for an affordable place to live management and staff are very friendly, and easy to work with if there are any issues. was looking for a one bedroom which was perfect for my situation they are pet friendly. I have lived here for 7 months. I would definitely recommend a friend or relative to rent here first before anywhere else. Many apartment types to pick from
