I visited recently while looking for a new place and Colleen was very considerate and patient. I appreciate that she really explained all of the costs associated with living there in detail. She was extremely knowledgeable, and I was impressed with her professionalism - even when I told her I couldn't afford to live there, she was still polite enough to give me her card in case I changed my mind.

I love this place. I have had the best apartment experience here and trust me, I've been in a lot of apartments in my life and been through a ton of horrible, greedy, sleazy landlords and this place IS NOT one of them! The front desk personnel is very engaging and I can tell you everyone's name from the front desk to the property managers. Each one has taken time to get to know me, and help me with any issues I have with my residency here. I have been living here 2 years and plan on another year as well. The cost of the one bedrooms are high for my taste, but that seems to be all of Denver and the surrounding area. Clubhouse is ALWAYS clean, and the DVD rental kiosk is a nice perk as well. Neighbors in my building are always friendly and we all even hangout trading apartment host nights with each other. My only complaint and I know this might sound like I am reaching for an issue, but the one downfall to this community is valet trash service. Sounds nice right? But what the big time management from HQ didn't let anyone know is that the service--free for a moment-- is now costing $35 just to get rid of your trash. That's incredibly expensive for trash. I could sign up for waste management and have my own trash can that would be picked up for less than what this "valet trash" company charges. And to make it worse, the company SUCKS at picking up your trash. They don't recycle, they don't take anything outside of the can, so if it doesn't fit, you better walk to the garbage area even though you paid them $25 a month to VALET your trash, PLUS $10 for the dumpsters in the parking lot. This company makes $15,000 a month on this property alone and they can't even pick up the trash correctly. I am not the only resident that hates this so hopefully management will see this and give us an option to opt out of this ridiculous service charge that doesn't even work. Plus, when they don't pick up trash, residents wont take it to the trash dumpsters, they just leave it in the halls. So this BEAUTIFUL community is starting to look trashy, pun intended. I know for a fact the upper management from HQ wanted this to happen but this property was one of the last to get it because our amazing staff here fought it until they couldn't any longer. So this is to the HQ office, if you think valet trash service is wonderful, I invite you to come live here. YOUR BRIGHT IDEA IS MAKING THIS PLACE A DARK PIT! Listen to your tenants we know how daily life looks here! Sitting behind a desk and making calls doesn't mean you had an extraordinary idea to better living. I hope this can get across to Trinity HQ , or I promise, they wont have a nice property to claim ownership of because of all the trash sitting in the halls. Thanks upper management, your wisdom is infinite just like congress... this is why this property will not get a 5 star rating from me. Everything was amazingly perfect here until they made that decision. So, with my one rant out of the way, if you are looking for a quiet, friendly, well-maintained community you should come look at this place. But please, no douches need to apply, let us keep this place a hidden gem for those who deserve it! ;)

If you have the option to live here, DON'T. You will overpay for everything. The so called "Renovations" are terrible. Sure, they look nice, but the quality is terrible. The towel racks can't stay on the wall; the "bamboo" floor had a giant scruff that ripped to concrete below; the air conditioner isn't central air and only cools one bedroom and the living room; the ellipticals in the gym never work; the showers run cold; the painters splattered paint all over the carpet: and don't get me started on their lack of a sorting system for mail. We've waited on packages for weeks worried they weren't going to come, when they had them the whole time. Every time we went in they told us there was no packages. There are so many units and so many people, and with the price we're paying, you just know how much they're profiting. Just look at the office, it's beautiful and expensively done, however it's just a facade. They put money into what Future Residents will see, not where they're current residents live. We've asked if they could find a way to put air conditioning in the one room it doesn't have it in, but they won't because they need a building permit. We pay over 1100 a month not including electricity, water, gas, trash etc. You would think they could at least put in bigger water heaters. The staff are nice enough, but every time I go in, I find them very condescending. Overall, look somewhere else. We have 9 months left on lease and we hate it here. Lakewood has so many great places you could live, but here isn't one unless you feel like overpaying.

Great Place to live. Tons of parking but the smell of marijuana coming from my neighbors apartment leaked into my bathroom. I asked management to do something about it several times with very little success. At one point they did go cover up some holes joining both bathrooms through the sink but the smell was still there. Thats the only reason why I dont give this place a 5 star.

Edit: after reading the other reviews here, unless you know them personally, hold the reviews in suspect; some things they said just were not true! One example: the office won't except cash for a move in. At all. Blaming the apartment complex for all the snow that fell that season? You can only move so fast in those conditions, and you can only fire and recontract a company so fast! I will admit that I have had issue with their online billing company; too many things wrong for a professional web-based company. I only deal with the office for my rent/fee payments. The office staff, through two iterations so far, have all been very friendly, from the Manager on down. These are actually very nice! The grounds are well-maintained, the maintenance staff are very expedient and friendly, and the neighbors are surprisingly neighborly, whether they are new move-ins or have been there for some time. They not only have updated and upgraded apartments, but they have 3 (I think) styles they have used! Mine was 'A', with stainless steel appliances and a brushed nickel bathroom. Since I work the overnight shift, I sleep during the day, and except for the occasional groundskeeping, this is actually a pretty quiet neighborhood! The workout facility won't give you all the tools to be the next Mr. Universe, but are more than sufficient to get you off the couch and back in the game! 2 swimming pools, tanning bed, sauna (I think; never used it), an entertainment room and on-site dvd rental (like redbox, but local) really round out the leisure amenities. My only complaint is the recent raise in rent. For my 1-bedroom garden level apartment, rent increased by $70! Not sure if it will hold that value for what you get, but come on inand lok around, decide for yourself!
