I have lived at Weirbridge for 2 years now. Once in a one bedroom and then in a two bedroom. It was such a pleasent experience and I am very sad to leave. I am only leaving because I am relocating to a new city. Allan, property manager is so nice. He has been so kind to me since I have moved here. Heather, who works the front desk is also such a gem. She is always so friendly, smiling, and so helpful. I would highly reccomend living here. Thanks for a great 2 years Weirbridge!

I lived there for two years and would never recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons; 1 - Every year my rent up over a $100.00 to over $1,440.00/month for a 2 - bedroom unit. 2 - Everyone is given different price so I have heard of some people paying even more. 3 - They charge from $135.00 to $175.00 for a garage space (varies per person, for what reason I don't know). And people use their garages as storage, creating a parking nightmare. 4 - A tow truck comes thru the complex nightly and tows cars that can't find spaces to park. 5 - I had a two bedroom unit and one car and never could park near my building due to lack of spaces. Plus a friend visiting got towed. And they tow you across town and it cost $200.00. 6 - I was told that if I wanted out of my lease they could rent it without any problem because they had a 100% occupancy rate but when I ask to leave they said I had to give a 60 day notice and if my lease was not up I had to pay an extra non refundable one month rent in order to leave. 7 - If you do not re-up your lease they will charge you an additional $200.00 per month / each month plus the next year additional $100.00 or more (amounting to over $1,700.00/month), even if you give them a 2 month notice to leave. 8 - If you are one day late on rent they will charge you an additional $70.00 late charge. 9 - They will not give you back your deposit without taking all additional charges from it and mailing it to you weeks later. You are unable to go pick it up in the office. 10 - The place is very noisy and the construction is awful and everything is cheap. The ice maker never works and the refrigerator is noisy and loud all the time. 11- I lived on the top floor and could hear the people below me talking and walking through their unit. And people that live in the middle of units say it is awful. 12- People; living in the bottom floor units say they are damp and experience bad moisture problems. 13 - The management brags that they check out each tenants and nobody can live there with a felon record but the guy in the building near me had one and appeared on TV and even told me he had a record. 14 - Also these units are in the city and you pay city taxes on all your vehicles and personal property. 15 - The equipment and tv's in the exercise room either are constantly broken or never work at all. 16 - The power and cable goes out all the time. Cable was out for over a week last winter. Plus the only cable available is AT&T or Dish. AT&T will cost you at the least $165.00/month for TV & internet. 17 - The pool is never heated and always cold. People come from other apartments and party there constantly. They are loud and noisy to all hours of the night/morning. Plus if you don't get a lounge chair early, none are available. 18 - The elevators and halls are always dirty and when you complain they just say good maintenance people are hard to get and do nothing. 19 - The outside windows have never been washed since the place was built 3 years ago. I put in a number of request and nothing was ever done the entire time I was there. 20 - People do not pick up dog poop and it is a real problem around the grounds. 21 - The place is very cold and expensive to heat due to the poor construction. 22 - They say they have units for guest to rent but they are never available if requested. 23 - The socials on Thursday have cheap wine or beer and run out of everything within 30 min of the time it starts. I recommend you read the fine print very carefully and get ready to continue to pay higher and higher cost each year till you decide to do like me and move…...
