I love living here. I've been here for almost 3 years. My only gripe is that they raise the rent too high so I will be moving when my lease ends but the staff is wonderful. No noise issues. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. They do their best to keep the property updated and looking good. there's a lot of kids who live in the community and they play well together. I would definitely be staying if it weren't for the rent raise.

Wesley st. Claire is very hungry for money they just like to take a deposit and will not give it back to you and find every excuse they can a key was not returned and they charge $41 for one day that they said you could return the key the next day and then charge you for internet for one day smfh raise the rent $100 and then kept your money I will never rent from Wesley ever. They put a very bad taste in my mouth.

The apartments are nice and spacious yes but they do have a slight roach problem that the office insists isnt an issue and are not doing much to fix it. It is a pretty nice location but if you have children this is not the place for you and your family. They do not have side walks? This drive's my husband and i crazy, if you are wanting to take a walk or grab mail, go to the "playground" you/your children have to walk dangerously in the parking lot, the driver's here are not concerned with you or your safety so you have to stay huddled together in fear of your lives playing dodge car (dodge ball). In the morning my high schooler has to wait on a dark corner where cars barely slide past her at 6:00am not sure if the office or owners think this is safe but i dont. Also the playground is a little small compared to the land its located on, no swings ? The children literally have to wait in line to play, they should have more on the lot to accommodate the complex. With that being said the parking lot seems to never have enough space for all its residents, there are always cars parked along the sides where there isnt a parking space? Several times I've almost had head on collisions from having to go around the cars wrongfully parked? I've told the office of the matter and they seem to not be worried about it...? But like i said it is a nice location just not for families...

Have been here since March 2015, can't complain. Everyone's experience with an apartment complex will always be different, especially when it comes to the neighbors that you have. I have been thus far blessed with having rather quiet neighbors, which I appreciate. The front office was also helpful about certain things that I wanted fixed before I moved in and took care of them within the first week I've moved in. They are also rather good about sending emails out to notify residents of issues (stray cats, water line broke, etc.) I will agree that the walls aren't exactly sound proof, but not any more than any other apartment complex I've been in. Again, I've rather been blessed with quiet neighbors so far, so I have not had any problems with anyone. The gates have always worked so far since I have been here, and I appreciate that. They've also put in a "gym" which I haven't used but looks nice since it's been remodeled. Overall I cannot complain. I can't speak to the issue about the internet being tied to your rent because I wanted internet and went ahead and got their service that comes with the lease. Since I do not need a lot of bandwidth I cannot speak thus far about quality of service other than I haven't had any issues so far with it and I am not a heavy internet user.

Wesley St. Claire is a wonderful apartment complex. I have been living here for about 6 months and it has truly been a wonderful experience. I, like most people, Googled several apartment complexes in Lawrenceville before I relocated from Alabama and because it didn't have a 5 star review was very skeptical to move here. I will say that honestly it is nothing short of AMAZING. The leasing office crew are all very nice and accommodating. The Handy men are all very timely and efficient! Also, the courtesy officer is very nice and timely when I leave messages on his line. The only negative comment I have is noise. It's not every night but some nights and I'm not sure if its all over the complex but I def know that it is in front of my building 400-600. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about Wesley! For this to be my very first apartment, I will give it a THUMBS UP!
