Manegement is very rude , when ever I complain about any mantance related issue they always take week . When I go to lease office and complain about mantance they don't give proper answer and behave very rude. If they don't like to work they should stay home. I would never recommend any of my friend and relative this apartment .and also I recommended before 8 month ago a friend of mine still didn't get bonus .👎

Here's the list of thing I have experienced as a tenant: 1. Horrible, horrible office staff. If you want rudeness and unprofessionalism, step into the leasing office. It's even worse to call them, I've actually been hung up on. 2. Moved into apartment without a functioning AC and hot water heater. After two weeks of apartment hell, maintenance finally amended that issue. 3. Severe RAT and feral cat infestation. No steps were taken to remedy this situation even after numerous photographs of dead rodents and of feeding bowls continually left out by neighbors. It took them 3 weeks to pick up one dead rodent. Oh and myself along with my neighbors have ants everywhere as well. 4. My ceiling leaks so bad in my 2nd bathroom that I've had to stop using it. I've called the office four times about the issue, because my belongings were getting ruined, the ceiling was soft to the touch, and paint was crumbling down onto the floor. Then, maintenance came to cut out my ceiling and that was all. Now I have two big gaping holes in my ceiling which has led to a giant spider infestation in my home. (Almost forgot, when I first filed a maintenance request, I was told to stop dumping water onto the floor). 5. Let's not forget about the massive amounts of bird nests located right above the awning to my front door. This led to bird shit everywhere, bird attacks when trying to get inside, and eggs being thrown out of the nest by the birds which just bolstered up the rat, cat, and ant infestation as it became food. 6. My dishwasher was never bolted in when installed, so when it's open, it will fall to the floor. Pro tip: Watch your toes! 7. They have what would be conveinant doggy-trash-bins located out in the grass. Since they are never emptied, the poop bags rot away; in the summer, the stench is so bad I can smell it off my back balcony, 50 yards away. Oh and don't tell them that they didn't empty it, they will tell you that they did, when I can clearly see that it wasn't. 8. My garbage disposal has never worked. Here's the cherry on top: (even though I could make this list longer). 9. The maintenance men actually CREATED and NEGLECTED to fix both a electrocution and electrical fire hazard located on my back balcony. They left open wires, accompanied with no emergency shut off switch or insulation to protect them from the elements, on my AC unit. After refusals to fix, I called the Baltimore County Code inspections office. And I'm sure you can guess who wasn't up to code in more than one area. Altogether, I'd advise even the devil to not live in this hell. (I gave one star because it's required in order to write a review. If I could clarify: 0 stars).

Went to look at an apartment and we were greeted by very rude people who didn't want to give new customers the time of day. When commenting on their actions they turned and walked away, very rude indeed.

Below is a list of just some of the issues we encountered while living at Westerlee for one year- - Drain fly infestation, multiple maintenance requests - never fixed - Gas leak in the stove, took multiple maintenance requests to fix - Incorrect doors on both the front and sliding doors- big gaps allowed many bugs in - Walls were not finished when we moved in, gaping holes, could see into the walls for the first two months - Black water would come up through the bathtub drain every time it rained - Kitchen sink would flood with black water and food from the garbage disposal randomly when not being used, multiple maintenance requests - never fixed - Garbage disposal and AC didn’t work when we moved in in July - Black and green algae/mold on patio - Crack in bathroom sink, would flood the cabinet below, took multiple maintenance requests to fix - Four times in one year the plumbing in the apt above us had issues which caused multiple leaks massive leaks in our bathroom. Maintenance could not figure out what the problem was and had to cut our ceiling out 4 times. After one of the "fixes" maintenance sprayed a coating over the bathtub in January that was such a strong smell it made us sick and had to have the windows open for over 24 hours to get the chemical smell out of the apt - Water heater leaked soaking two room's carpets - MOLD!!!! They ignored multiple notifications of back mold in the apt, it spread so fast it got on a lot of our personal belongings. Had to throw a lot of our furniture and kitchen items out, they offered no assistance in finding anywhere else to go- the apt was deemed by a professional that everything had to be removed and professionally cleaned and was not safe to be in until cleaned. Save yourself money, frustration and health concerns- find somewhere else to live
