Lived here 2 years while going to school. Quiet area, nice neighbors, had a lake view from my screen in porch, trails were great, trash collection and recycling center. The pool is nice and being able to grill out by the pool was legit. less than a 10 minute drive from campus (traffic included). I've giving 4/5 because of the glass doors (super cold in winter from the heat loss) and parking was a struggle after 5pm. Overall, pricing was great, management was incredibly helpful and if given the choice would definitely live here again. Sadly, moving away for work.
