This management bought it from thetrashy management Willow Point and they have made so many improvements since they bought it in November 2013. Tore up all the roads and parking lots and repaved, updated security systems in all parking lots (and yes the cameras work now), cleaned the brush from the pond and added a fountain, skimmed the pond to get the trash out, tore down the tennis court and plan on building a gym/office in its place. They are also planning on extending the pool as well! The last management would included the pool in rent even though it was out of order.

Stay Away!!!! This place is the pits. The management staff will say whatever they need to to get you to sign a lease. But just be wary.... They will lie to your face. Appliances, Electrical, and Cable are all outdated so expect many issues that will not be resolved not because of the ONE maintenance man they employ; but because they refuse to spend any money to make repairs. Our basement dryer has been broken for more than 6 months now. We have contacted them on many occasions about fixing it. This last time they told us it was fixed and then broke again. However they never removed the sign I MADE informing residents that it was broken. LIARS. We have been here for 2 years and the pool has only been open one week a summer. The delayed opening it because of claims that residents are throwing sharp instruments in the pool damaging the inside. Then once they did open it they never cleaned it. Expect loud and drunken residents causing disturbances at all hours of the nights during the warm months. Management does not want to hear about these instances....they want you to just call 911. WE WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FOR YOU OWN SAFETY AND SANITY!

They are now evicting people for no reason and giving bad references because they plan on tearing down the front building and do not want to pay to move people. So instead they are ruining lives. One of the women they are kicking out just got out of the hospital and has stomach cancer.
