So I just moved in 6/6/14. So far I have noticed only a stray dog who tore up my bonzai tree! Hah. He has to go. One window not attached in my children's bedroom. It stays hot in that room. They did request that to be fixed a week later so it's going to get fixed. They didn't have my apartment ready on time. It was just a two day difference which was not that upsetting. There are always children unattended, making noises, running, and play fighting. However, The women in the office are nice. Sandra, Tia, Elsa and I think I got them all. I like the apartment, it's really nice. Don't like the enviroment but hey what does one expect with great prices! It's only a 6 month stay. I will update when I move out. I really hope our cars don't get broken into. According to these reviews that's what happens. 8/16/15 So I stayed another 8 months. I'm in another section of apartment complex for 3 months now. This side is a disaster. I have huge roaches all the time. Noisy kids on school nights up until 11pm sometimes. Everyone throws their mail everywhere, so frustrating. Neighbors always yelling & fighting. AC went out 4 times since I've been here. AC ducts went out causing white smoke all in the apartment which made me call the Fire Dept because I didn't know what it was. The trash is over filled making it embarrassing to live here. I make sure I take my guest the other way around. There were Kids in the pool all the time unattended but this problem had been solved. I only reside here because my kids love their schools and they walk home. It's convenient. However, I'd rather stay somewhere else. Anything for the kids! People in the office are always super nice though. Love'em!
These apartments are old but in fairly good condition pretty clean property except for around the dumpsters somewhat diverse but Latinos being the common resident good price for the apartments and close to downtown. Neighborhood across the street with no fences which means its a descent safe area
Since I moved in the girls in the office seemed unsure of what they were doing. I moved into the place and you had people coming in without prior notice. I had my vehicle tires and rims stolen which they had cameras that are suppose to help. Makes me think they do not work since I was never contacted back to review the tape. When I couldn't get the vehicle out of the parking lot in time they had it towed. I did take in consideration that it was dangerous but never did they give me enough time to schedule my party to pick up the vehicle. Apart from the young ladies in the office not knowing what they were doing they were also very rude. Once I ran into a situation with them I was finally evicted to receive a bill that I never received in due time to pay the final balance. 6 months later I received a bill showing an outrageous amount of charges that were not mine but since its in collections now I can't fight the bill. Not only do they not have any security precautions they don't have helping hands in the management office. Nancy is the main person that will give you a headache there. Hope people actually read this before they make a decision to move in that place.
Just moved here from Denver. It's not bad so far. It's pretty quite.
