We've only had wonderful experiences with management and the maintenance crew. The customer service and welcome you get ever time you encounter them are top notch. If you have an issue, they are quick to resolve it the best way they can. You only run into issues with those who live in the community who don't value the community by leaving trash in the parking lot and common spaces intentionally (no home training). The staff's grounds keepers still do a great job of keeping the landscape looking beautiful. 5 star staff!!! 2yrs experiencing Windsor so far...

I don't recommend this place. When I moved in the apartment had a old carpet I lived for one year and when I moved out they charge me for the whole carpet and said the carpet was new when I moved in.

This is a decent place to live. I lived here for 2 years while I was in the Marines and it was actually really nice for the most part. The maintenance is awesome they usually get out the same day or next day to fix any problems you have. The staff when I first moved in were amazing, especially Chris, she really looks out for the customer. The new staff they have received seem to not care about residents and will never try and help you through any situation. The only Cons about living here is they allow section 8, so you get some rough people every now and then and Bay View which is next door seems like the hood.

I lived here for over a year and never had anything but problems from day 1. The staff is incredibly difficult to work with and refuse to go out of their way to help. They are rude, unwilling to make accommodations, and cause more problems than they solve. One instance: my mailbox was jammed shut and I kindly asked them to fix it. They told me they only do "emergency" maintenance on the weekends, and I went four days without access to my mail. They are unreasonable, and they are just horrible people to work with. The apartment was decent enough, but I had several maintenance issues that were never resolved. My oven broke the first month I lived there, and despite sending out several repair men, they never fixed it or replaced it. I also had a problem with bugs on more than one occasion. The walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. I would recommend staying as far away from here as possible. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
