I lived there for 2 years and miss it so much now that I live where it's incredibly boring. The Gramercy as an apartment isn't the most special place in the world, but the surrounding areas made it so much fun living in. If you need a small apartment, this is a great one to live in. There is so much to do in the area. And hey if you're a New York Knicks fan, you may spot one of their players at the movie theater down the street every now and then because they tend to hang out around there when not playing basketball.
