We moved in four months ago and it it has been a living HELL. Literally our air conditioning never worked from day one. It would work for maybe an hour and then freeze over, it had a leak as well. The AC units looked to be from the early eighties even though we supposedly paid an extra $100 per month for a renovated apartment. I went to the office with a list of issues that needed taken care of but the most important of course was the AC. For the next several months we were given the runaround by the management and maintenance. Heather, the office manager, was not only useless, she lied to both of us repeatedly. She would promise to send someone over on a certain date and certain time and it would never happen. I asked her time and time again to call me and update me after someone came but she never did. It took FOUR freaking months for them to fix the AC in which it rarely worked for longer than an hour at a time and never got cooler than 76. I had to threaten them to get them to take care of it. The blower inside needed replaced. Mold was growing there for who knows how long. Randy, the maintenance guy is lazy and will lie about taking care of things. Interestingly, he hangs out with Heather and her family so I guess he has job security and doesn't need to work. The AC was just the biggest of many issues, I could write several pages. My advice DON'T move here. If you don't want to take my word for it, talk to some of the neighbors.

This place is horrible. Horrible management and maintenance. My a.c was broken four times this week and they have fixed it and it keeps on breaking. The apartment is old and it shows it. There is also not enough parking.

I lived here for two years. It is a great starter place. They allow dogs (Big Dogs) which was great. There isn't enough parking...sometimes I had to park far away from my apartment building because tenants friends or family would come over and take all of our spots. People are generally quiet, a plus. The managers Heather and Crissy are great. Sometimes it takes forever to get ahold of the office, through the phone though. The maintainence guys are nice, theyll walk your dogs when you leave out of town, and they get to work quickly when you call for a maintanence issue but they are a bit of a slob, when they would come to fix something they would always leave their cigg butts all over my porch, Oh Well. Heather is great, she understands money issues, she's helpful with rent. They re-modeled, so all the old comments are stupid because it looks great and the managers are GREAT. they have cookies in the clubhouse for anyone to eat! Close to everything. They have tennis lessons free to tenants. Gym! Pool! Grilling Station! ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE! Enjoy your stay!
