Overall, I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and moving out in June. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, as this has been a horrific experience with new management (Kevin Reid). I have received countless emails from him, creating new ways he can fine residents for outrageous reasons. The apartments themselves are not luxury, as they have paper thin walls and can hear everything. Elevators are constantly broken down, which provides an inconvenience. I am a 30 year who works long nursing hours, and am not allowed to use dishwasher, washer, nor dryer appliances. Kevin Reid has allotted specific times for usage, which is ridiculous. He is very unprofessional and very condescending. Westville Village is not a quality apartment complex as it was compared to when I moved in 3 years ago, in terms of management. I will however, say the maintenance crew is very great and consistent.

Be Very very Very Careful as long as You are staying there if you want your security deposit back. Not so secure place. I have seen some cars broken in to snatch the GPS, so never leave your GPS in the car. Small stain or a scratch on wall , you can say Good bye to your security deposit. I have never seen such a place though out USA. For get about your security deposit and then move in and maintain it more than what you do for your own house. Then you needn't pay back when you are moving out. BE CAREFUL GUYS. If you have an other apartment which is reasonable you are better off staying there than here.

WORST WORST Apartment!!!!! This place looks nice from the outside and they do a good job selling it BUT DO NOT be fooled. Bellow are reasons why you SHOULD NOT live here. 1. The elevator in my building has gone out twice in less then 3 weeks and I have only lived here 5!!!! When it goes out you can't get to the stairs from the outside were the parking is, you have to walk up to the court yard, this wouldn't be too bad except its CT and ALWAYS cold. This was BAD Planning. 2. the garbage rooms on the floors are sooo gross and dirty they stink up the hole floor, I hate having to take my trash there. 3. There are huge garbage cans outside in plan sight people dumb there broken furniture out there, I have to park near there and its feels like I am living in a dumb its been weeks and weeks and it hasn't been cleaned up I don't think it will be. 4. The Gate is a joke.... this place is NOT secure, the gate stays open for any car to come in, people on foot could easily slip under or over .... there is a hole in the fence near the pizza place that college kids use to get in. I see people letting people into the buildings all the time. 5. The fire alarms are sooooo load I really think it hurt my inner ear ... the worst part was when the fire department came they couldn't get in the gate, there is NO place for emergency people to use a key to open the gate. I had to walk over and hold my hand in front of the sensor to let them in. Please do NOT waste your money on this place !!!!!

I wish you could give negative stars. The place is so cheaply made. It's not secure even though they have a gate. The neighborhood isn't good. When I went there, I thought it was beautiful, which it is nice. Also, I loved that they weren't letting in too many college kids. That was a big appeal to my roommate and me. One semester in and they don't have enough tenants and the place is filled with college students. It was horrible. I'm a young professional and had to hear kids partying everywhere from Thursday until Sunday. The people that work in the office are so hard to deal with. They don't keep accurate files of payments and barely answer their emails or listen to their voicemail. I was a sucker for the 3 free months and I'm happy to say that my lease is finally up this month. I have never been so happy to move out of an apartment.
