My husband and I have been living here at Wood Creek since beginning of July, 2010. So far, it's not that bad. When you first move in they give you a list of everything in your apartment, and you have to comment and say whats wrong, if there's a ding on the wall, every little scratch to make sure at the end of your lease you get your money back... We never have problems with the office staff, it was a girl the first couple of months, and now it's a guy named Wade who's super nice and understanding, the manager is Shannon, who's also super nice! Maintenance is not an issue, within a day or two they come and fix whatever you need. The pool is nice, we haven't used the tennis courts [Actually I've never seen anyone use them]- we would have last summer but we got married in August so we were always busy with wedding plans.. The "Sand vollyball court" is more like a grass court with some hard packed dirt under the net. There's a couple of grills and picnic tables [you supply the charcoal] that are nice. I've never used the fitness room [I've got a Y membership] but the pics look ok. To get in you need to pay $25 for the key, as no one ever returns them... Snow hasn't been an issue. They provide salt in buckets at each section, and they also go through the walkways with a snowblower everytime the snow falls, as well as a snow plow through the driveways/parking lot... We're not positive if we are going to lease again, we had some problems with comcast back in October, and randomly since then have had problems, [our internet disconnects, and we are both online college students and have failed tests because of it] and then a couple weeks ago we finally called again, just to find out our same problem is still "pending" in the computer. You can't get anything other than Comcast out here, soo we're not too happy about that as Internet is not just a want, it's a need in order to pass classes and get a degree... Wood Creek has Security you can call 24/7, if you need anything [neighbor being to loud, etc]... as well as a number you can call if you get locked out of your place late at night outside of office hours which is a plus. I gave only 4 stars because you can't get anything other than Comcast, and because there are no overhead lights except in the kitchen, bathroom and the entrance next to the kitchen has a ceiling fan/light combo. This means you provide your own lighting in the bedroom and living area...
