Omg! Its true the water is always off and when its on it switches every minute from hot to cold. The office workers are rude and lazy. They sit out and smoke all day which is why they dont answer phone. The hvac system in my unit has messed up multiple times and caused light bill to be extremely high and management refuses to help or take something off rent for the months it was broken..... STAY AWAY

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The hot and cold water is so ridiculous, we couldn't take a shower for 3 days and when i asked for some kind of compensation they said no. We tried to ignore the reviews about the water and bugs but we should have listened, it's been 6 months and we've had roaches and water problems constantly none stop! Seriously, you will be miserable.
I love it here at Wood Hollow! I've lived here for 2 years and honestly was preparing to move until the new owners came in a couple of months ago. I've seen nothing but POSITIVE changes- new paint going up on the buildings, grilling station at the pool, play ground, and dog park. The staff is kind and make me feel comfortable when I go into the office. I can pay my rent and submit work orders online and it's less than 10 minutes from the air port, which is super convenient for me as a flight attendant. Seriously, what's not to love?!? If you are looking for an apartment in Euless, I would definitely go check them out...You'll be glad that you did! :)
worst apartment i have ever been at. Im easy going but this apartment is terrible. issues between hot water, bugs, ants, poor management. cant wait to move
