Terrible! The management does not have a clue as to what they are doing. More importantly, they steal from you. They enter your apartment when you are not home and go through your things and take what they want. It happened to me and my neighbor. They say they don't enter when you are not home but that is not true. They were seen going into my apartment by another neighbor. NEVER MOVE HERE! Management knows stealing is going on and does nothing to stop it.

This complex lures you in with normal rates for apartments then after your lease period expires they raise your rent. If we stay here the new rate will be $750.mnth I could rent or buy a house for that amount. Water: goes cold in the middle of our showers, it is so hard that it leaves a hard film on floors and dishes. the cats wont even drink the water because of the taste. It also comes out with a yellowish tint. Safety: have many arguements occuring in the apartment complex. Police have been called several times. Had someone who would not identify themself knocking on my door at 2:30 in the morning. He was not wearing a shirt and was very dirty looking, came back a few times knocking but would not say anything. Only lived here 6 months assume they were looking for the previous tenant, the person was probably in search of drugs. Always weird looking ppl. hanging out by the cars. We have seen blacks in their cars downstairs smoking dope in the parking lot. We are not from Adrian and Before moving into the complex we inquired about the ages of the residents and if it was a safe neighborhood. We were told they were older folks and was quiet neighbors. Instead we find out that it is full of dope heads and children. The kids are out on the playground screaming at the top of their lungs at all times. I assume the parents are too busy smoking meth to control their offspring. Maintenance: is horrible. only half the outlets in the apartment work, we have had two small storms this year and both times we were out of power. The building has no back up generator and when you live on the top floor walking up steps to your apartment in pitch dark is super fun and dangerous. All fans are loud as hell. They had a fire and the alarms didnt go off. Manager said it was not her responsibility to notify residents when a fire happens in their building. I was at work at the time, and had no idea, i could have been out of town and no one would have notified us that ppl. had to enter the apartment while i wasnt there. Parking Lot: pot holes everywhere, if you park in the winter good luck getting out, the ruts in the parking spots are so deep you might have to get a tow truck to pull your car out. Also no one knows how to park inside the lines, so good luck getting a spot. Each car parks on an angle and takes two or three spots. I have had new dents in my car almost every week since living here. Not a place for a new car. (doesnt matter where you park, your car will get hit.) I would suggest if you can to avoid the city of Adrian all together do so. It is a horrible place to live, especially if you have children, tons of sex offenders and convicts, meth is a huge problem here and crazy drivers make it a certainity that if you live here long enough you will be in a major car accident. Its bad when a kid cant walk down the street without getting hit. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
