Pros: Quiet and friendly community with well behaved kids. Office staff is very responsive and available, maintenance is quick to respond in an emergency. Pools are clean during the summer. Pet friendly. Good location close to pretty much any needed retail or highway (I-85, Target, Wal-Mart, Planet Fitness, Home Depot, more). Regular pest control included at request. Cons: Long walk to put garbage in the dumpster. Limited selection of internet providers right now (AT&T DSL is faster than what is in the wall). Fitness room is very limited, but location is close to some good gyms. If there is an ice storm you will not be able to enter/exit complex.

I lived at this complex for a couple of years. I just recently moved out into a new home. My experience here was fair to poor. There were constant ants everywhere but mostly in the bathroom daily. I had water leaks in the ceiling, walls and base board of my sons room which caused mold build up. The complex took their time to come and repair the issues and did not come until I threatened them with my Attorney. By that time I had paid for my own mold tests which came back with severe airborne mold from the AC vents, my sons room mainly and through out the apartment. My son and I both became very ill and even after they finally came to repair the leaks, replace the carpet pads, clean the carpet and clean the air ducts we still lived with some health issues. Since we've moved into our new home the air is clear and we are feeling 100x better. I will also like to mention the constant patrol of police cars riding by. This does not constitute a safe place to live; this tells me that they have a great deal of drama going on that warrants constant patrol of officers much like living in the getto or hood. But what do you expect when you live in Atlanta in a complex where the average rent amount is below $700. The complex have lowered their rates to get people to live there because of the condition of the complex and basically no emenities other than a tennis court & pool that no one uses. They even have closed the laundry mat. And there is not even a playground for kids...sad place to live. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who has a decent life and/or career and want to be safe and secure. And I most definately would not recommend it to any US Military Veteran. Keep looking; there are several better choices throughout the Duluth area and North Atlanta.

Have been living here for a year now and this is a very quiet and safe place to live. Management is very nice and gets work orders done on time. Only downside is there upgrades, old appliances etc..but would recommend to any family

We moved in in Jan and by the end of March 4 places of our carpet was coming up. Whoever put it in for the apartment doesnt do their job right. And after months of compaining its 6 months later and nobody has even looked at it from the office. Managment doesnt care about any complaints. People leave trash outside of the dumpster and its not like you even have to try to get it in the damn thing. The exterminater has come 2 times since we moved in and we still have had roaches in our apartment and i found ants today and we are on the second floor. And im a clean freak so its not like its nasty. People never turn their radios down in thier cars even late at night. There is even a guy who is always out in his underwear!! Oh yeah classy. The cops are always driving in here at night patroling the complex shining their spotlights on the cars. I have witness drug deals and i know what they look like from my patio and i still dont feel real safe. I would not move here again even if the rent was half the price. If something breaks they dont even care. So dont give them your money. When my lease is up im leaving.
