You either have the neighbors you always wanted or neighbors from hell. I, personally, feel it is ridiculous that five different cars can take up the parking spaces occupying ONE two bedroom apartment. Management should probably consider in the future to start marking spaces. I think the visitors or people "staying the night" should park in the back against the fence as a courtesy for those of us who work late at night and wish to park our vehicles in front of where we live instead of walking across campus to our home. Need more outdoor lighting for night time. I can't tell you how unsafe it feels walking at night. The kids here have asked me for money and food.. and I feel so sorry for them, I find myself buying extra groceries when they come around. Never see any parental supervision either. My neighbor had her garden destroyed by the teenagers who live in the 3 bedroom units. Was a sad thing to hear about because the old lady is very kind and also gives groceries to the kids, and she lives on a fixed income. I really like the landlords but I wish they'd be more selective with the type of tenants who apply. I know guaranteed rent is great for business - but you'd be amazed how easily people here bend the rules. Still, I recommend. The one bedroom units seem quite happy in the front. And I do love my two bedroom unit. The washer and dryer bonus was very surprising when I viewed my apartment for the first time. Nothing better than coming home and washing clothes.. instead of going to a laundromat! :)

I never write reviews, but this place is the worst. They are so rude and mean and you have to consistently bug them in order to get anything fixed. Not only that but this place is so cheap and money hungry they will personally screw you over any chance they get.
