As a potential tenant I was parked in a spot open and marked from 9am-6pm. Management decided to put up signs marking all spots with "no visitor parking" after I parked and towed it immediately because I was in violation of the brand-new rule they freshly posted up. the manager was apologetic but gave the usual spin of "sorry, nothing we can do." As a result of considering this apartment I paid a $255 penalty and had to deal with the parent organization, which were absolutely brash and unapologetic. If this experience is indicative of the way they handle problems and address customer concerns then I would be a bit careful of these people.

I just called about a minute ago (January 30, 2010 @ 3:04) and was greeted with "We're having a great day at Yorba Linda Pines this is so-and-so (she muffled her name so I didn't catch it), how can I help you?" I asked if they were available for apartment tours today and she said, after a moment's hesitation, "Surrrrrrrrrreeee...." and I said "Okay, what time are you guys open til today?" With a sigh and an even quieter voice she said "Fiiiiiive..." and her voice trailed off. Clearly, she wasn't in the mood to show us an apartment, but since it's her job, she couldn't just say "No, I don't feel like it, could you stop bothering me now?", since that is apparently really how she felt. So, I just said "Ok, thank you" and before she hung up she goes "You'rrrrrre welc" and she hung up before she even finished what she had to say. If her attitude is any indication of what it's like to live there, then NO THANKS!

I have been living here for almost a year.....of course my husband and I signed a one year lease.......worst mistake ever!! These apartments are poorly managed, hardly anybody follows any of the rules in place. There used to be loud parties that you could hear from the other end of the complex and now that the summer is here, people are in the pool at all hours of the night, our unit is right in front of the pool. You constantly find dog crap EVERYWHERE! Because tenants just don't clean up after themselves, I don't feel like I live in Yorba Linda, I feel like I'm living in some run-down, inner-city low income housing complex. Maybe I'm just too picky! So if you're picky, don't rent here!! And by the way "Angela" yeah that's the attitude from management that we've been getting!
