Questions
I see transit data on Google Transit for my city. Why is there no transit data on Walk Score? Some transit agencies provide Google with transit feeds but do not make them publicly available. We think all transit feeds should be public—it's public transit after all!
Where is the full list of transit feeds that you cover? Walk Score covers every transit feed on Google's list of public transit feeds.
Does transit factor into my Walk Score? We're working on it!
I see some but not all of the transit in my city. What gives? Most likely, we have some but not all of the transit feeds for your city. It's common for different transit agencies to run different transit systems in a city. For example, in San Francisco the BART train is run by a regional transit authority and MUNI buses and trains are run by the San Francisco Municipal Transit Agency. If one agency provides a public transit feed and the other doesn't, you will only see transit from that agency.
