We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Stratford Apartments in Chapel Hill. The apartment is located at 881 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Chapel Hill, NC 27514. There is a bus stop by the apartment servicing bus lines NS, NU, A, G, and T. All furniture are freely available if you want. (42-inch TV, dining table with four chairs, couch with coffee table, four lamps, two desks, two single beds, and others - see picture), and we can send a list of all furniture upon request.

The apartment is good for two people to share.
