One car parking spot per apartment so you get one because roommate doesn't drive. Very close( 5 minute walk) to downtown restaurants and bars. Very good price for its location, as many other apartments in downtown are worth more. TV and internet is $60 (with 140+ channels and 50 MB/s Wi-Fi), which means that's around $30 a month for you. Also, PGE is less than $20 for the entire apartment because of the care program. Must be OK with alcohol and smoking (not tobacco tho). I am looking for someone willing to submit the application on the same day as they see the apt (pretty much make your decision quick) because I am trying to get someone to move in by January 1 and I will be out of town after the 19th of December.
