I have lived here about two years and have seen these apartmentstaken over by a couple different management companies. I wouldn't recommend living here. I currently pay $725 for a two bedroom and have been trying to contact the office as I've noticed they now have the two bedrooms listed as $860 and being that my lease is up for renewal soon, wanted to know if that was going to affect my current rate. after numerous unanswered calls, I thought that maybe I would leave a voicemail and after two days, I am still waiting to hear back. On another occasion, I had to call maintenance because the people below me said that my shower leaked. Usually when they enter your apartment to fix something they leave a note letting you know that they had been there (at least with my experience leaving in other apartments), but on this particular occasion they hadn't. I avoided taking a shower in my bathroom and used the other one instead, until I could confirm the problem had been fixed since no notice of entry had been left. I called and left a voicemail, again no response, however I did come home to a note from the maintenance person that had been written in my son's coloring book stating to call if there were anymore problems. Overall the apartments are kind of trashy and the upkeep is terrible. The other residents are rude and have no concept of consideration. If you move here, be prepared to be constantly woken up at all hours of the night by people honking there horns or blasting their music. I'm also confident that the majority of the residents that live here, smoke pot so be prepared to constantly smell that in the hallways. I probably wouldn't recommend for families or people with children. I'm only giving it one star because I have to in order to be able to post this..
I have lived there now for two years with my family. We live on the top floor and from day one the floor in the hallway has been collapsing. It started there and moved out into parts of the living room. We live on the third floor so naturally I would think this is an important matter. It took them 6 months to come out and look at the floor only to say that "There is certainly something wrong." And still it has not been addressed. People have and are smoking weed on a daily basis in our building and so much so that it fills the hallways. People set their trash bags outside their doors and leave them there a couple of days before taking it down to the dumpster cause you know taking out your trash is hard. The only plus is the apartments have a nice layout and are pretty roomy. Other then that unless your homeless I wouldn't even try or consider living here.
HORRIBLE. don't ever move here if you can help it. Trash in the hallways all the time. The maintenence barely ever comes and cleans the hallways. (Or whoever is in charge of doing that.) The ghetto neighbors are always fighting. I've had huge wholes in the hallway from it before. Their are at least ten kids in my building, and their parents just let them run and and down the hallways and play. I'm on the bottom floor so I can hear it ALL. Someone I know living in the same building as me had cocroaches in her apartment. You can smell Marijuana right when you walk into the building. And no matter how many times you complain the management won't do anything about it. I'm not sure if they're scared of the tenants or just plain lazy. This place is out of control. I cannot wait to move!
Cockroaches... Cockroaches everywhere. Pls help me. If you could send officer Joe that would be nice. They... They have my children. My poor Timmy.... What is going on? I just moved in last night and they have taken over... They have my cellphone... All the food.... I only have moments to write this review before they return. Pls, whoever is out there, help me. pls&thx!! :-(
People complain about trash on the ground. Whatever happened to taking pride in one's living environment? If you see trash, PICK IT UP! Who cares if it's not yours? If everyone picked up 2 pieces of trash whilst walking to their car daily, the eyesore would be gone. But no, it's easier to bitch about it than to do something to make it better. BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION.
