1056 Hemphill Ave is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story, 3000 square foot COED house with laundry washer and dryer, located a 2 minute walk to campus, in the heart of beautiful Midtown Atlanta Georgia. With entertainment, authentic restaurants, retail, nightlife, Chick-Fil-A, Antico Pizza, the West Side District, Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Target, Atlantic Station and the new Old 4th Ward- Ponce City Market, only minutes away; it is a very desirable location to live during your collegiate study/work semesters.

The lease terms are either 3, 4.5, 9 or 12 month terms. Spring Term is a 4.5 month lease from Jan 1st through May 15th and Summer Terms are 3 month leases from May 15th through Aug 15th. Fall Term is also 4.5 months, from Aug 15th through Dec 31st. The option to renew makes it very flexible. Your housemates will be other GT students or coops/interns during the term, not an animal party house.

Rent is ONLY collected prepaid in 1 payment by or before move in date of each lease term; NO month to month option. Utilities are separate, equally divided by all tenants in the house, include Power, Gas, Water, Internet Wi-Fi and run a range of around* $75-90 per person per month, varying on house seasonal usage. A refundable security deposit of $500 is due to reserve and hold room after application is submitted and approved. All transactions are secured via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle for transparency and security.

The rooms rent for $3500 for Spring Term.
