Parking is horrible. You pay $1600 and you only get one assigned spot. If you stay out past 10pm you more then likely wont get a spot. Something breaks every month. We had termite infestation. It took them 5 days to take care it. There lot of noisy kides out after 4. Not a great place if your a young working professional or like to go out.
This was a terrible living experience and an even worse management experience. The employees that work here do not care at all about the issues that are brought up to them at all. Once my husband complained of a sewage leak that was right outside the tennis court and they did nothing about it just watered it down with water and did not clean it up so children were just playing in the dirt outside with sewage water there! Another time we complained to the office about a neighbor that had his 70's funk music playing outside for a noise disturbance and the office lady went to investigate and actually told him that its not that loud and he should just turn it up again and then went on to ask him about his recipe and ask him for a light for her cigarette. When I went over there to give our 30 days she kept on saying that they care about their residents and made very stupid justifications about how the music was not that loud to complain about in the first place. Yeah. Not only does the management not care the same goes for the careless residents that have close to 7 people living in a two bedroom and management won't do anything about, that listen to TV and music as if to force their choice of entertainment on others. In addition, the crazy neighbors throw rocks at windows because they are trying to get attention of someone and sleep next to the BBQ if they are having issues with their girlfriends. The ceiling is has a bunch of wet spots that are undoubtedly going to cave in on the next resident, the doors and cabinets keep braking and they redid the outside patio without finishing it and now it looks like a prison color that no one requested to change but apparently according to management there was a request for the patio to be changed. Yes they magically have some anonymous patio repair request but don't have the request to clean up human feces outside the apartment. How convenient. The price you pay is not worth the hassle you will deal with. Renter beware.
10 visitor parking spots, you leave the apartment cleaner than when you move in and will still charge you for "cleaning it", they will charge you for the smallest thing just to keep all of your deposit, kitchen cabinet doors all loose and falling off, maintenance not good at all, neighbors who complain because you have a wind chime and they cant hear their tv, not friendly staff, jacuzzi and pool are ok, clubhouse ok, fitness center ok
very bad experience in this community. parking is horrible! if you have guests they wont find any parking, also because residents park in the visitors spots. they tow cars EASILY and FAST. you just stop by for 10 minutes and your car s gone. security is completely useless, he should watch for residents proprietaries by being stolen (some cars were stolen recently) but instead he just call the tow company (probably he gets some commissions?) to get RESIDENTS cars towed. Tow trucks are here every night! sometimes 2 trucks in the same time hunting for cars! UNBELIEVABLE! certainly i wont renew my lease. stay away!
Worst experience I've ever had in 17 years of renting. Where to start... After one year of being a quiet tenant who paid the rent on the 1st every month, my reward was one of the largest one-year increases I'd ever heard of. I grit my teeth and accepted that, and for being a model tenant for a 2nd year, the next proposal was an even bigger increase than before. The staff in the office that I dealt with most often almost seemed as though they had some kind of contempt for their customers. I was also never letting anyone into my place again without me being there after the maintenance man commented on some of my personal belongings while I met him for the first time as I was taking out the trash one afternoon. Not a comforting conversation. On the apartment itself, house of cards... Looks good at first glance and when they show you the model apartment, but they're really hesitant to show you the actual place you'll be moving in to. The unit that I rented had a huge crack in the wall in the bedroom that I didn't notice until I was there 18 months, maybe the paint hid it when I first moved in or maybe it happened naturally while I was there, but I was afraid the place might not make it through a big earthquake. The cabinets in the kitchen looked they'd been repaired 5-6 times and were falling apart again. Most of the bathroom equipment, especially the sink, is probably as old as my mother. They have the audacity to give outrageous rent increases for you to live in the same old dumpy apartment. Not one improvement was made and I lived there over 2 years. Their annual inspections are also a joke. They didn't look any of the appliances over and didn't go to the smoke alarm at all, I was home when they did it. I also put in a request to have the oven looked at, because the range light wouldn't turn off and my heating bill went up $10/month, but the maintenance man was able to detect a bad sensor without lifting a finger... And of course, when I move out, I spend 3 days cleaning the place and they try keep about 80% of my deposit.... If there were a negative score, they would get it. The only positive about this place was that the laundry room is huge and open 24 hours. Stay away and spread the word...
