A relative of mine actually had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because the leasing management had left her door WIDE OPEN after a work order while she was away for a month. The cops came to investigate why the unit was not secure, and even then the management did not lock her door or contact her. So basically, she was paying rent for a place that had the door open for a whole month! Their response when she came home to find her apartment open and full of bugs: Oops. That's it. No recompense, nothing. Not surprisingly, management has not responded to the BBB investigation (seriously, look it up on BBB, it's awful). I can say more, but this takes the cake on all the incompetent and outright apathetic horse$%*& they have dealt her.
If you want to describe the meaning of "worst place" its going to be this place, rude management especially Kristine, old place, dirty pool and old equipment, one machine gym!, laundry room has the dirtiest machines that is described as disgusting, clubroom has old PC's and old TV, parking is horrible and they tow cars (they towed my car which has permit because i was parking it in non covered parking lot instead of covered !! Costs 350$), no maintenance at all, noisy kids all the way!! Can't recommend this place at all The worst experience you will see in your life
I have lived hear for 3 years now. At first there were A lot of issues with maintenance being done on time or done right. Since Edna left Adrian and Kristine have been making it a better place to live. Yes there are some issue with parking being full late at night but again this is an apartment complex. Thank you Adrian and Kristine for making this a better place to live.
Parking is horrible. You pay $1600 and you only get one assigned spot. If you stay out past 10pm you more then likely wont get a spot. Something breaks every month. We had termite infestation. It took them 5 days to take care it. There lot of noisy kides out after 4. Not a great place if your a young working professional or like to go out.
This was a terrible living experience and an even worse management experience. The employees that work here do not care at all about the issues that are brought up to them at all. Once my husband complained of a sewage leak that was right outside the tennis court and they did nothing about it just watered it down with water and did not clean it up so children were just playing in the dirt outside with sewage water there! Another time we complained to the office about a neighbor that had his 70's funk music playing outside for a noise disturbance and the office lady went to investigate and actually told him that its not that loud and he should just turn it up again and then went on to ask him about his recipe and ask him for a light for her cigarette. When I went over there to give our 30 days she kept on saying that they care about their residents and made very stupid justifications about how the music was not that loud to complain about in the first place. Yeah. Not only does the management not care the same goes for the careless residents that have close to 7 people living in a two bedroom and management won't do anything about, that listen to TV and music as if to force their choice of entertainment on others. In addition, the crazy neighbors throw rocks at windows because they are trying to get attention of someone and sleep next to the BBQ if they are having issues with their girlfriends. The ceiling is has a bunch of wet spots that are undoubtedly going to cave in on the next resident, the doors and cabinets keep braking and they redid the outside patio without finishing it and now it looks like a prison color that no one requested to change but apparently according to management there was a request for the patio to be changed. Yes they magically have some anonymous patio repair request but don't have the request to clean up human feces outside the apartment. How convenient. The price you pay is not worth the hassle you will deal with. Renter beware.
