Our building is located in a nice area on the hill in Rock Island, close to Augustana College, shopping, parks and on the city bus route!

We are pet friendly, maximum of two pets per unit 40 lbs or less with approval. However we do charge a $250 per pet non-refundable pet deposit and $25 per month.
