Looking for a sub leaser (female) for my room this summer in Cliff apartments next to Mayflower (1 minute walk from bus stop).

3 bedroom, 2 bath, Full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, living room and patio

1st floor fully furnished room (Queen bed, desk, shelves)

Private room with closet and private bathroom

We pay for internet and electric which usually comes out to around $30 per person

Indoor and outdoor assigned parking spot (we usually rotate parking monthly)
