I am subletting 1 bedroom/bathroom. The bedroom/bath will be shared with another female.

-The room will be available on June 10 until August 14th. Preferably female.

The apartment is a spacious 2 bed/2 bath apt at Ambrose apartments but the 2nd bedroom/bathroom will not be available for use.

-1 block from UCI campus (5 min walk)

-1 designated parking spot AND parking garage

-in unit washer/dryer

-comes furnished (dining room set, couch, bed, desk, all kitchen utensils)

-pool and gym

-very spacious

-Utilities are not included. $50 a month for wifi and electricity ($30 wifi, $20 electricity)- this amount will need to be paid upfront on move in date and will depend on how many months you plan on staying. If you do not want to use our wifi please let me know and the $30 per month for wifi will be deducted, and you will only need to pay $20 for electricity.

-Water/sewer/trash will be paid on the Ambrose website as a part of the rent for each month; those together are usually $15 a month.
