The management at The Park at Rialto are incompetent at best and petty at their worst. Numerous times The management has made my experience while living here unnecessarily inconvenient. For example: a month into living here I had purchased a couch, which needed to be delivered. On the delivery day I open my front door to find that the maintenance crew was painting the hallway floors and doors. I was never notified about the painting. So when the delivery truck showed up I'm told they cannot complete the delivery! I went in to the front office were I was blamed by the management for this issue. I asked that they notify residence next time in advance so we can plan accordingly and was met with an attitude, and was told, "Next time why don't YOU tell US when your doing something!" Their incompetence became my fault?! The light outside my front door did not work. I put in numerous maintenance requests before maintanance came to tell me, in broken english, that they were not going to fix it because...and I was given no real reason. My guess is that the maintenance is not trained to fix anything but a leaky bathtub. That only took about a month to get someone in for that! On top of all of these issues my apartment was surrounded by domestic abuse families...cops multiple times a week, people arguing loudly in front of my building. OH! I nearly forgot about the one month when everyday the fire alarm would go off randomly and at all hours. They took their sweet time solving that issue. I strongly urge you to stay away from this place. Incompetent management and negligence are the hallmarks of The Park at Rialto.
This apartment complex is overall decent. The rent is really cheap and the apartments are in good shape. However, there is a serious cockroach problem. They spray for bugs every week and you can opt into spraying your unit, but the problem never goes away. We are very clean, never leave out food, get sprayed weekly, and leave traps all the time to no avail. They travel through the plumping and especially because this complex has a high turnover rate (we have have 8 different families in our building in the last six months) the cockroaches are constant. The staff is nice, the pool is great, having a washer/dryer unit is wonderful but the roaches- 10-20 every day for your entire year lease- is a killer. Seriously consider it before you move in.
They are just willing to take your money and prepare conditions that anyone can allow him/herself to enter you apartment and take whatever they want! Someone break into our apartment, and the community didn't do anything about it!! Worst place ever!
The people are nice the place is nice but the staff why do you like crazy and the biggest problem what am I going to do with all these f****** roaches
